Christmas treats
My favorite Christmas treat has always been chocolate chip cookies ever since I was a kid. Cookies are sometimes not easy for me to bake but thanks to Betty Crocker and the package of cookie mix it’s made measuring and directions much simpler.
One year for Christmas I didn’t have much food and have some ingredients to make snickerdoodles and it came out all runny and the edges near burnt. I did not inherit the baking genes from my Father’s side of the family. His Great Grandfather immigrated from Germany in 1913 to the United States and they lived in Minnesota. He was a baker and had a bakery as he got older.
My grandma every time we visited her house always had different cookies and treats on the table in the kitchen. I loved visiting my grandma especially around the holidays.
